Refund & Exchange Policy

All purchases are final.

Once an order has been placed and processed, it cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded except where required by applicable law.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you have reviewed your order prior to checkout and accept this policy in its entirety.

Although we do not issue refunds, PepChat may, at its sole and absolute discretion, review requests for an exchange or store credit.

Where a request is approved, PepChat may provide store credit of up to 100% of the original purchase price, redeemable exclusively through PepChat. Store credit has no cash value, is non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash unless required by law.

Approval of any exchange or store credit is not guaranteed and is determined solely after review by our support team.

To request an exchange review, you must:

• Contact PepChat within 14 days of confirmed delivery. • Provide your order number. • Provide a detailed description of the issue. • Submit photographs, videos, or other documentation requested by our support team. • Cooperate with any reasonable investigation necessary to evaluate your request.

PepChat reserves the right to request additional information before making a determination.

Exchange or store credit requests may be considered for circumstances including, but not limited to:

• Product received damaged during transit. • Incorrect product received. • Manufacturing or packaging defects. • Other issues determined by PepChat, in its sole discretion, to warrant review.

Without limitation, requests arising from the following are generally not eligible:

• Change of mind. • Ordering the wrong product. • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer. • Delays caused by shipping carriers after dispatch. • Improper handling, storage, or use of the product. • Normal cosmetic variations that do not affect product quality. • Requests submitted outside the review period.

If PepChat determines that a product should be returned, a return authorization will be provided. Products returned without prior authorization may be refused.

Where applicable, customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless PepChat determines otherwise.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, PepChat's maximum liability arising from any order shall not exceed the amount paid for the applicable product.

PepChat shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the purchase or use of any product.

Nothing in this policy limits any statutory rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer protection laws.

PepChat reserves the right to refuse any refund, exchange, replacement, or store credit request where we reasonably believe that:

• The policy has been abused. • Fraudulent activity is suspected. • False or misleading information has been provided. • The request is inconsistent with this policy.

PepChat reserves the right to amend or modify this Refund & Exchange Policy at any time without prior notice. The version published on the PepChat website at the time of purchase shall govern that purchase unless otherwise required by applicable law.
